Shipping policy

Free worldwide shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, to most countries around the world. There is nothing extra to pay for shipping at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery time

After dispatch, most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen because of customs clearance, weather, holidays or carrier issues.

Tracking your order

Your tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to update after dispatch. If your tracking has not changed for more than 5 business days, email us and we will look into it.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees or local taxes set by your country. Unless these are shown and paid at checkout, you are responsible for paying them to the carrier or customs authority. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Shipping address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address that you provided. If you made a mistake, email us immediately. If the order has not shipped, we will update the address for you.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, or it arrives damaged, email us at info@getpulsewell.com with your order number. For damaged items please include photos of the product and the packaging. We will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund where appropriate.

Undeliverable packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, we can reship it once you pay the new shipping cost, or refund the order minus the original and return shipping costs.
